In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 To register and use the eeeph Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:
2.2 eeeph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false information regarding eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant regulatory authorities.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the eeeph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if they change. eeeph is not liable for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. eeeph support staff will never request your password. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have notified eeeph of unauthorised access.
3.4 KYC Verification. eeeph is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of all Players. You must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as PhilSys, UMID, driver's licence, or passport) upon request and prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting eeeph support. Outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the Player's request. Player Funds (real-money balance) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method subject to completed KYC.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. eeeph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which presently include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and credit/debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. eeeph does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) the minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200. eeeph targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for GCash but does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by payment provider schedules, KYC status, or risk review requirements.
4.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, consistent with anti-money laundering regulations. eeeph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
4.5 Player Funds. eeeph maintains Player Funds separately from operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Player Funds are not used for eeeph's operational expenditures.
5.1 eeeph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when you claim the relevant promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets that count at the rate disclosed for each game category.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. eeeph prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially. eeeph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion-specific terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the eeeph Platform is governed by rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing bets.
6.2 Random Number Generation. Software-based games on the eeeph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP percentages for all games are published and available upon request.
6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. The outcome of live games is determined by physical events (card draws, dice rolls, wheel spins) broadcast in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome will be determined by eeeph's recorded data of the game state at the point of disconnection.
6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are governed by eeeph's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. eeeph reserves the right to void markets where there is evidence of match irregularities, data feed errors, or events outside ordinary sporting competition.
6.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, eeeph reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction. eeeph will not be liable for winnings that arise from a game malfunction or technical error.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeeph Platform:

9.1 All content on the eeeph Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual elements — is the property of eeeph or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other right is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without eeeph's prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, eeeph's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 eeeph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if eeeph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 eeeph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. eeeph shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
11.1 eeeph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at eeeph.app/privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to eeeph processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC compliance, anti-money laundering obligations, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting requirements.
11.3 eeeph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Player data. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and eeeph cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
12.1 eeeph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to eeeph's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through the official channels published on the PAGCOR website, in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for regulated online gaming operators.
